BROWSING THE WEBSITE

Information needed to deliver a page.

When you open a page, the web server receives technical information such as your IP address, the requested address, browser information and the time of the request. Operational logs may contain this information to help run the website and investigate problems.

The public information pages load their fonts and images from BlueMoonly. They link to the individual applications. The contact page includes a message form and an email link; these public information pages do not take payments or register application accounts.

CONTACT FORM & EMAIL

The information you choose to send.

The contact form collects your name, email address, topic, service selection, subject and message. Your request is emailed to info@bluemoonly.com, and a confirmation copy containing your request is sent to the email address you enter. This information is used to understand and respond to your request. Check the address before sending, and leave out passwords, recovery codes, access tokens and private VPN subscription links. The form does not accept attachments.

The form uses a security cookie to protect submissions and recognize retries of the same request. This cookie expires after seven days; the permission to start a new submission expires after 30 minutes. To limit repeated or abusive submissions, it also keeps keyed hashes of the submitting IP address and email address, together with submission and delivery records. The form's rate-limit records do not store the raw IP address; ordinary web-server logs may still contain it as described above.

A temporary delivery queue stores the submitted details in encrypted form while sending or retrying the two emails. The queued message content is erased after both messages have been accepted by the mail server, or after seven days if delivery remains incomplete. Submission and delivery metadata and rate-limit records are retained for up to seven days.

Messages delivered to the BlueMoonly inbox and your inbox remain separate email copies; clearing the temporary queue does not delete them. You can ask about information held by BlueMoonly.

If you email BlueMoonly directly, your email address, message, any attachments and delivery information are used to understand and respond to your request. The website's email link opens your chosen email application, where you can review the message before sending it.

USING A SERVICE

Different applications, different information.

BlueMoonly's linked applications have separate accounts, permissions and data stores. The information involved depends on the service and what you choose to do there, such as submitting an AI prompt or managing VPN access.

Applications may use cookies or browser storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. Their data use also depends on the features and connections enabled for that application.

Name the service when you contact BlueMoonly so your question can be considered in the right context.

AI CONVERSATIONS

Check the model and provider.

How an AI request is processed depends on the model and provider selected in BlueMoonly AI. Prompts, files and relevant conversation context may be sent to that provider. Processing may take place outside the BlueMoonly server.

Consider the information you are sharing before submitting a request. If you are unsure which provider is involved, ask before including sensitive information.

QUESTIONS & REQUESTS

Ask about your information.

Email info@bluemoonly.com with questions about your personal information, including requests to access, correct or delete it. Name the service involved and describe what you need.

It may be necessary to confirm that you control the relevant account before acting on a request. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, access tokens or private VPN subscription links.

This guide describes the public website and the main points to consider when entering its linked applications. Details of processing depend on the particular service and its configuration.
